You have just upgraded your instance and have not migrated to multimodal change. Using the default settings, when you click on Change > Create new, what page displays?

The Change Interceptor is the default page displayed when a user initiates a new change record before multimodal change is enabled; it intercepts the creation request and prompts the user to select the appropriate change type (Normal, Standard, or Emergency) before opening the corresponding form.

The Change Form itself is not displayed first - the Interceptor must run first to determine which change type form to open.

The Change Landing Page is a workspace overview page, not the page that appears when creating a new record.

Change Overview is a dashboard or reporting view, not a record creation page.
