Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send the following information to [email protected]: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, (2) identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it, (3) your contact information (name, address, phone, email), (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, and (6) your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected]. Include: (1) identification of the removed material, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, (3) your contact information, and (4) consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
