Why each option
Typing `service` into the Application Navigator filter field would display modules containing "service" in their name or path, thus "Incident > Assigned to me" would not appear.
"Configuration > Business Services" contains "Services", so it would appear in the filtered list.
"Self-Service > Knowledge" contains "Service", so it would appear in the filtered list.
"Service Portal > Widgets" contains "Service", so it would appear in the filtered list.
The Application Navigator filter field dynamically narrows down the visible applications and modules based on the text entered. "Incident > Assigned to me" does not contain the string "service" in its path or name, so it would be filtered out.
