Which record type would you use for a Computer request?

A Record Producer is used when a catalog request should result in the creation of a specific system record type (such as an Incident or Change), not for ordering a product.

An Order Guide groups multiple catalog items together into a guided multi-step ordering experience and is not itself a requestable single product.

A Catalog Item represents a specific orderable product or service - such as a laptop or desktop computer - that users can request.
