The stakeholder management strategy documents how stakeholders will be engaged and communicated with, not the identification and status of project risk events.

The risk management plan describes the processes, roles, tools, and methodology to be used for risk management, but does not contain the individual risk events or their specific responses.

The risk register is the living document that captures all identified risks along with their descriptions, probability, impact ratings, proposed responses, risk owners, and current status. It is continuously updated as risks are identified, analyzed, and as responses are planned and implemented. All risk-related information - including agreed responses - is consolidated in the risk register for tracking and reference.

Lessons learned documentation captures knowledge for future projects after events have occurred and is not a real-time tracking document for active risk responses and status.
