Why each option
The Deming Cycle, also called PDCA, consists of exactly four phases: Plan, Do, Check, and Act. Co-ordinate is not one of these phases.
Act is the fourth and final phase of the Deming Cycle, where corrective actions are taken and successful changes are standardized.
Plan is the first phase of the Deming Cycle, where objectives, processes, and required changes are established.
Do is the second phase of the Deming Cycle, where the plan is executed, typically on a small or trial scale.
Co-ordinate is not a phase in the Deming Cycle (PDCA). The four phases are Plan (establish objectives and processes), Do (implement the plan on a small scale), Check (monitor and evaluate results against expected outcomes), and Act (take corrective action and standardize improvements). No coordination phase exists in this model.
