Wei W.Jul 5, 2026C is the right call. The standup exists so the team can inspect and adapt together, and going virtual with collaboration tools keeps that empiricism alive instead of throwing it away over a location constraint.
Samuel O.Jul 5, 2026C is right but the tool matters less than people think, I have seen teams try to replicate the physical board with fancy virtual whiteboards and it actually slowed the standup down because everyone was fighting the interface instead of talking.
