Why each option
By default, directed calls into Cisco Unity Connection present two login options: entering only a PIN for the mailbox owner, or entering a full user ID and PIN for any other subscriber.
When a call is directed to a specific subscriber's mailbox, Cisco Unity Connection by default allows that subscriber to log in by pressing the sign-in key and entering only their PIN, because the system already knows which mailbox was targeted.
The opening greeting is played for calls arriving at the general pilot number, not as a presented option during a directed call to a specific subscriber's mailbox.
Leaving a message for the forwarded subscriber is the implicit default action of a directed call rather than an explicitly presented menu option alongside the login prompts.
Any other caller who wants to access their own mailbox can also press the sign-in key and will be prompted to enter both a user ID and PIN, since the system does not know their identity from the directed call alone.
Logging in to a remote mailbox via a remote networking link is not a default option presented to callers on directed incoming calls.
