Lock in B, Citrix Metaframe, and do not let the Windows 2003 context fool you into thinking Microsoft's own terminal services is the answer just because the servers are Microsoft.

Zsofia, I respect the logic, but Avaya Interaction Center's thin client was explicitly certified against Citrix Metaframe, not bare Terminal Services, because Metaframe provided the session management and ICA protocol layer that Avaya's client required for supported deployment at that time. The fact that Metaframe ran on top of Terminal Services is actually why B is correct, not a reason to skip it, since the exam is testing which validated platform Avaya documented for that scenario.
