6C is correct here. During execution the name of the game is actually verifying the deliverables meet the quality bar you already defined in planning, not rehashing the plan. I always tell folks to lab this out in their head: you have a baseline, now you are in the build phase, so you run continuous quality checks to catch defects early rather than waiting for a surprise at the end. A and B are planning activities you should have already finished, and D is typically something the organization hands down to you, not something you create mid execution.
Agree on C, though in my exam last month the wording was trickier, it said something like monitor quality results against the quality management plan, so know that C is really about comparing actuals to the plan you already built, not creating anything new.
