Why each option
Flows must be created within a solution from the start, and components cannot be added directly to a managed solution.
Selecting Yes is incorrect on two counts: the flow was created outside a solution so it is not solution-aware, and managed solutions do not accept new component additions in the target environment.
A scheduled cloud flow created outside of a solution is not solution-aware and cannot be added to any solution. Furthermore, managed solutions are read-only in the destination environment and do not allow new components to be added directly; only unmanaged solutions permit component additions during development.
