An Organizational Model depicts reporting structures and business unit relationships, not the logical connections between individual process flows.

A Future State Description defines the intended end state of the process, including goals, constraints, and expected outcomes that all individual models must align to. It provides the overarching context that explains how separate user-perspective flows fit into a single coherent process. Without it, models created independently from different viewpoints will appear disconnected or contradictory.

Information Architecture describes how information is organized and navigated within a system, not how multiple process models relate to one another.
