Grace U.Mar 3, 2026C is correct here. Since the dependency needs to be done before those critical activities start in iteration four, having team B prioritize it in iteration three gives just enough lead time without disrupting the current sprint.

One of the senior PMs at my company showed me a similar scenario and explained that you want to give the dependency one full iteration of lead time, which is why iteration three makes sense before team A needs it in iteration four. I almost picked B because cramming it into the current iteration sounds proactive, but that would disrupt team B's sprint commitment mid-iteration. Does anyone know if the exam always expects the dependency to land exactly one iteration ahead, or would two iterations of buffer ever be the better answer?
Lena V.Mar 7, 2026A is the right call here. The dependent activity from team B hasnt even been prioritized yet, so you need to reset the iteration planning to get that dependency scheduled and started before it blocks team A down the line.
Yusuf A.Mar 9, 2026Actually C is the right answer here. One of the senior guys on my team showed me this exact pattern, when a dependency hasnt been prioritized you work with the other team to get it on their backlog rather than resetting your own iteration plan.
