Bao N.Jul 5, 2026C is correct. In agile the team self-organizes and pulls their own work, so when two people grab the same task the fix is to verify the team is making assignments clear among themselves, not to have the PM or coach hand out tasks.

In agile the team is supposed to self-organize and pull their own work from the backlog or board, so the PM should verify that the team members themselves are making task assignments clear to each other rather than having a manager dictate who does what. Option A sounds reasonable if you are used to predictive phases but assigning tasks to individuals is not how agile works.
