Calling policies govern outbound and inbound PSTN call behaviors for users; they do not control toll-free conferencing dial-in availability.

The Audio Conferencing policy includes a setting to disable toll-free phone numbers for meetings organized by specific users. By creating or modifying an audio conferencing policy with toll-free numbers turned off and assigning it to Atlanta users, the toll-free number will no longer appear in their meeting invites or be available for their meetings. This provides granular control over toll-free usage at the user or group level without affecting the rest of the organization.

Voice routing policies define how outbound calls are routed through the PSTN; they have no effect on inbound toll-free meeting dial-in numbers.
