Explanation
This solution does NOT meet the goal. For Microsoft Surface Hub devices used with Teams Rooms, provisioning packages (.ppkg) must be applied via USB drive - either during the initial Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) setup or by inserting a USB drive containing the package while the device is running. The Settings app on Surface Hub does not provide a supported pathway for deploying provisioning packages in the same way a standard Windows 10 PC does. Attempting to apply it through Settings will not correctly provision the Surface Hub with the intended certificates, apps, and proxy settings.
