Question
Explanation
This simulation tests your ability to copy paragraph formatting from one block of text and apply it to another using the Format Painter tool in Microsoft Word (or a similar word processor).
Approach. Place your cursor anywhere in the first paragraph (or select it) within the 'Kids love dinosaurs' section. Then click the Format Painter button (paintbrush icon) on the Home tab in the Clipboard group - single-click to apply once. Finally, click or drag across the entire second paragraph to apply the copied formatting. This transfers all paragraph-level and character-level formatting (font, size, color, spacing, alignment, indentation, etc.) from the first paragraph to the second.
Concept tested. Using Format Painter (Home tab > Clipboard group) to copy and apply text/paragraph formatting in Microsoft Word. A single click on Format Painter lets you apply formatting once; double-clicking locks it on so you can apply to multiple targets before pressing Esc to release.
