Why each option
Each activity in a project activity list must be assigned a unique identifier so it can be tracked, referenced, and sequenced without ambiguity throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk level is determined during the risk management planning process and is not a standard required attribute of each entry in the activity list.
A unique number (identifier) is a required attribute of every activity in the activity list per project management standards such as the PMBOK Guide. This unique identifier allows project managers and team members to reference each task without ambiguity, link it to schedules and resource plans, and trace its status across all project documents. Without unique identification, activities cannot be reliably managed or distinguished from one another.
Procurement needs are addressed separately during procurement planning and are not a required characteristic of individual activity list entries.
Roles and responsibilities are captured in the responsibility assignment matrix or RACI chart, not as a required attribute within the activity list itself.
