A new object added to the query does not automatically appear inside an existing block; it must be manually dragged from the Available Objects panel into a table or chart.

Web Intelligence does not create a new report tab automatically when a new object is added to an existing query.

The Query Panel is the workspace for selecting and configuring query objects, not a display destination for newly added objects after the query is run.

The Report Manager in Web Intelligence contains the Available Objects panel, which lists all objects returned by the active query. When a new object is added to the query and the document is refreshed, the object appears in this panel and must be manually dragged into a report block to be rendered in the layout.
