The Diagnostics tab on Cisco TelePresence endpoint web interfaces is specifically designed to expose system log files, event logs, and diagnostic reports separate from configuration or maintenance functions. This is the standard location across Cisco TelePresence endpoints for retrieving logs needed during fault isolation or support escalation.

The Configuration tab contains system parameter settings for the endpoint and does not host or display stored log files.

The Call Control tab provides active call management functions and real-time call status, not historical log file access.

The Maintenance tab covers software upgrades, factory resets, and backup operations, not the retrieval of endpoint log data.
