IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) delivers virtualized compute, storage, and networking resources that allow an organization to build and manage a private cloud environment for hosting applications, file sharing, and collaboration workloads. Because the organization controls the underlying infrastructure layer, it can enforce private network boundaries while deploying and managing the application stack internally. This model satisfies both the private network isolation requirement and the need to run fully managed application services.

SaaS (Software as a Service) delivers pre-built applications managed entirely by a third-party provider on shared public infrastructure, which does not provide the private network isolation and internal control the organization requires.

PaaS (Platform as a Service) provides a development and runtime platform for building custom applications but does not deliver ready-to-use file sharing and collaboration services, nor does it inherently provide a private network environment.

CaaS (Containers as a Service) focuses on orchestrating containerized workloads and is a deployment model rather than a complete solution for file sharing, collaboration, and fully managed application hosting on a private network.
