Answer Area
- You can create a premium file share in contoso104 only.Yes
- You can use the Archive access tier in contoso101 or contoso103 only.Yes
Explanation
Premium file shares require a FileStorage storage account kind with Premium performance tier, which only contoso104 provides - general-purpose v1/v2 accounts cannot host premium file shares. The Archive access tier is only available for Blob Storage, and only on accounts that support standard performance with LRS/GRS/RA-GRS replication; contoso101 (StorageV2, Standard) and contoso103 (Blob Storage, Standard) meet these criteria, while contoso102 (Premium) and contoso104 (FileStorage/Premium) do not support the Archive tier at all.
