Stores do not need to be reconfigured after database restoration when offline database support is enabled, as store configuration is preserved in the offline cache and restored automatically.

Offline database support caches device collection status changes locally while the database is unavailable, and once the database is restored those accumulated changes are synchronized and will appear in the console.

Because auditing requires a live database connection to write records, any administrative actions taken during the outage period are not captured - so after restoration the audit log shows only the actions that were recorded before the outage began.
