Why each option

The Read Only Administrator role in Citrix Studio grants full visibility into site configuration without any permissions to make changes, which is the appropriate role for an auditing IT manager.

AHelp Desk Administrator

The Help Desk Administrator role grants permissions to manage and troubleshoot active user sessions, such as shadowing and logging off sessions, which goes beyond read-only access and is not scoped for infrastructure auditing.

BRead Only AdministratorCorrect

The Read Only Administrator role is a built-in delegated administration role in Citrix Studio that allows the assigned user to view all site objects - including machine catalogs, delivery groups, policies, and applications - but explicitly prevents any create, edit, or delete operations, making it ideal for audit and compliance access.

CDelivery Group Administrator

The Delivery Group Administrator role grants permissions to create, edit, and manage delivery groups and their application assignments, which would allow the IT manager to modify configurations rather than only auditing them.

DMachine Catalog Administrator

The Machine Catalog Administrator role grants permissions to create and manage machine catalogs, allowing configuration changes that are incompatible with a read-only audit requirement.

Read Only Administrator is the correct answer. The word "prevent...from editing" is your signal here, and Read Only is the only built-in Studio role that gives visibility into the infrastructure for auditing without any ability to make changes.

Read Only Admin, audit with zero edit risk. I saw this exact scenario word for word on my 1Y0-201 sitting, picked B without blinking.

Thought Help Desk at first, but audit-only access with no edit rights is exactly what Read Only Administrator is for.
