Supported devices that require a service

Devices requiring a service do need additional configuration - specifically the correct service must be installed, so no additional configuration is incorrect.

These devices must be added to the Manage Monitored Devices screen as part of their configuration; skipping this step would prevent enVision from monitoring them.

Supported devices that require a service must be configured ahead of time and have the correct service installed on the enVision appliance to enable proper communication and log collection. Without the appropriate service in place, enVision cannot parse or collect data from those devices, making pre-configuration and service installation mandatory steps.

While pre-configuration is required, the setup path is through ensuring the correct service is installed, not through the EventSource Integrator specifically for service-dependent devices.
