How do you launch a rebuild of the RSA Archer search index file?

Restarting the Archer Queuing Service affects background job and event processing but does not trigger a rebuild of the search index files.

Windows Indexing Options manages the Windows operating system file system index and has no relationship to the RSA Archer application-level search index.

The Archer Control Panel is the administrative interface that exposes server-level management functions, including a Rebuild Search Index link that initiates a full rebuild of the application search index. This is the supported and documented method for administrators who need to force an index refresh outside of any scheduled maintenance window.

While Archer may perform automated index maintenance on a schedule, a manual rebuild requires explicit administrator action through the Control Panel and does not happen automatically on demand.
