Salesforce Certified Administrator

The question set here is solid but took me some time to work through all of it. I would have liked more coverage of the service and support apps domain. That said, I passed, and the core areas were genuinely well-represented.

The workflow and process automation questions were trickier than I expected, but working through them here built real confidence before the actual exam.

Permission sets and profiles finally clicked - passed first try.

I had zero CRM background before studying for this. The practice questions on data management and security access drilled the concepts in a way that reading guides never did.

I had already passed a couple of other Salesforce exams, so I thought CRT-101 would be straightforward. The user management and security model domains were harder than I remembered. Drilling those areas here made a real difference on exam day.

Getting the Salesforce Admin cert opened doors I did not expect - the practice here made the object manager and app builder topics feel approachable.
