In this star topology, router HKG is the hub. Routers SIN, SGN, and KUL are spokes and are not interconnected. A multicast source at 10.1.1.1 is functioning and able to send streams to all sites except SIN subnet 10.2.1.0 /24. A review of the network reveals that SIN is able to reach the RP at HKG, loopback 0 10.1.254.1. All routers are neighbors in OSPF. Further, multicast traffic stream 239.0.0.0 is reaching KUL and SGN receivers, but not the receiver in 10.2.1.12. Which router configuration changes will resolve this issue?
