Modulation is the process of processing the information of the signal source and adding it to the carrier to make it suitable for channel transmission. It is a technology that changes the carrier with the signal. There are two types of modulated signals, namely analog signals and digital signals. Using analog signals to control the change of carrier parameters is called analog modulation; using data signals to control the change of carrier signal parameters is called digital modulation.
