A user installed the host monitoring agent on an elastic cloud server created using the private image Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter 64-bit. However, the management console still displayed the cloud service plug-in status as "Not Installed." Checking the client agent logs showed a significant difference between the signature time and the server time. This issue can be resolved by changing the elastic cloud server's NTP server address to the Huawei Cloud NTP server address.
