A scaling policy can trigger scaling activities, which is a way to adjust the number of instances or bandwidth in a scaling group. The scaling strategy specifies the conditions that need to be met and the operations that need to be performed. When the scaling conditions are met, the system will automatically trigger a scaling activity. Currently, the system supports three scaling strategies:

alarm strategy, timing strategy, and period Strategy.
