An enterprise's business data is stored in two data centers, and storage devices from different manufacturers are deployed respectively. The SmartVirtualization feature can be used to host the original LUNs of the heterogeneous storage system in each data center and create eDevlLUNs. Then, an asynchronous remote connection is created between the eDevLUN and the local LUN on the Huawei storage system at another site to achieve data disaster recovery between sites.
