A customer recently implemented an EMC Data Domain into their existing NetWorker environment. Data Domain device types have been created to perform client backups. Backups have been working successfully with minimal failures. The customer has received a restore request, through an internal customer, to restore a deleted file. After successfully locating the deleted file and initiating the restore, the restore fails. What is a reason the restore is failing?
