A customer is suffering from hot spots in their single tier pool. Based on research done with Unisphere Analyzer they notice high activity on some drives and modest-to-low activity on other drives. They decide to expand the pool and let the data relocate itself over all drives available. Immediately after pool expansion finishes they notice they still have hot spots.
