An existing EMC NetWorker customer is evaluating options for upgrades within their backup solution. The customer is interested in replacing their current tape-based infrastructure with a backup-to-disk product. The customer currently uses EMC VNX arrays for their SAN storage. The solution needs the ability to retain certain backups for long periods of time due to compliance reasons as well as minimize the amount of power and rack space required.
