OPERATIVE REPORT PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Fractured right distal radius POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Same PROCEDURE: Closed reduction of right distal radial fracture with percutaneous pinning DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE: The patient was brought to the operating room and placed under monitored anesthesia care (MAC).
