OPERATIVE REPORT PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Fractured right distal radius POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Same PROCEDURE: Closed reduction of right distal radial fracture with percutaneous pinning DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE: The patient was brought to the operating room and placed under monitored anesthesia care (MAC). The right arm was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. Closed reduction of the distal radial fracture was performed under fluoroscopic guidance.
