Administrative access describes a privilege level granted to users, not a specific interface or plane in cloud architecture.

The management plane is the abstraction layer that provides the interface to the cloud metastructure, enabling administrators to provision, configure, and manage cloud resources. In the CSA cloud security model, the metastructure is the glue between the infrastructure and the services built on top of it, and the management plane is how operators interact with it. Compromise of the management plane gives an attacker control over the entire cloud environment.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a service for controlling who can access resources, not the interface used to configure the cloud environment itself.

Single sign-on is an authentication mechanism that allows one set of credentials to access multiple systems, unrelated to the cloud configuration interface.

A cloud dashboard is a graphical UI tool that may sit on top of the management plane, but the formal architectural term for the configuration interface is the management plane.
