Which method can you use to hide data using an alerter?

Alerters are limited to controlling visual formatting properties such as font, color, and style - they cannot perform structural changes like removing or deleting a table column.

Alerters change how a value is displayed through formatting rules, but they cannot modify or replace the underlying data value stored in the cell.

By defining an alerter condition that applies a font color identical to the background color (for example, both set to white), the cell data remains present in the report but is rendered invisible to viewers. This is a valid formatting-based technique to hide sensitive or conditional values using the alerter's color formatting capability.

Web Intelligence does not include a 'Data' toolbar button with a 'Hide Data' menu option as described; this navigation path does not exist in the product interface.
