Explanation
The User Name and Display Name are required. To create a single user account Go to Admin > Office 365 > Users and groups > Add. On the Details page, complete the user information. To add optional user information, click the arrow next to Additional details. When you're finished, click Next. On the Settings page, click Yes if you want to assign the user admin permissions. If you clicked Yes, select an admin role. If you have chosen to give the user an admin role, you also need to provide an Alternate email address. See Assigning admin roles for more information. Under Set user location, select the user's work location, and then click Next. On the Assign licenses page, select the licenses that you want to assign to the user, and then If you have no licenses available, you can remove licenses from existing users who no longer need them, or delete user accounts that are no longer needed to free up licenses. See Assign or remove a license for more information. On the Send results in email page, select Send email, type your email address, and then click You can enter a total of five email addresses. Review the information on the Results page, and then click Finish or click Create another user to repeat the process.
