Which collaboration product can count meeting participants and provide analytics for usage and resource planning?

The Cisco Webex Room Series devices, such as the Room Kit Pro, incorporate intelligent features like speaker tracking, face recognition, and environmental sensors to accurately count participants and gather data on room utilization. This data is then available through Webex Control Hub for analytics and resource management, helping organizations optimize their meeting spaces and understand usage patterns.

Cisco Webex Board is primarily an interactive whiteboarding and collaboration device, and while it integrates with Webex, its focus is not on advanced participant counting and resource planning analytics.

The Cisco MX Series are older, dedicated video conferencing endpoints that typically predate the advanced AI-driven analytics features found in the modern Webex Room Series.

The Cisco TelePresence IX5000 Series is an immersive telepresence solution, designed for high-end, dedicated telepresence rooms, and does not inherently provide the participant counting and broad usage analytics features that the Webex Room Series does for general resource planning.
