What is the behavior of vBond orchestrator?

The vBond orchestrator establishes and maintains permanent DTLS/TLS connections with all vSmart controllers to ensure continuous communication and coordination within the SD-WAN overlay network.

vBond facilitates initial authentication and directs WAN Edge routers to vSmart, but WAN Edge routers establish permanent connections with vSmart controllers and other WAN Edges, not with vBond itself.

vBond assists WAN Edge routers behind NAT devices in discovering their public IP/port and informing vSmart, but it does not use OMP; OMP is used between WAN Edge and vSmart for control plane updates.

vBond's role is primarily initial orchestration and authentication; vSmart and WAN Edge routers maintain their secure connectivity state independently after the initial setup facilitated by vBond.
