Setup and Maintenance takes you into Recruiting and Candidate Management, and from there Recruiting and Candidate gets you to the LinkedIn profile import settings. The other options either land you in the wrong functional area or go through Scheduled Processes which is nowhere near configuration for candidate-facing integrations.

In Fusion HCM the LinkedIn integration setup lives under Recruiting and Candidate Management within Setup and Maintenance, but you access it specifically through the Recruiting offering configuration, not through a Candidate Management submenu, and option B reflects that correct offering and functional area hierarchy.
