Explanation
An interesting aside is that Oracle have specified that, in the future, non-CDBs will not be possible. But, this option is still available in 19c - which is what this exam is based upon. From Oracle 20c onwards, it is not meant to be possible to create non-CDBs with the DBCA. (not tested, only going from documentation)
