To enable faster incremental backups, you enabled block change tracking for the database. Which two statements are true about the block change tracking file? (Choose two.)
The correct answer is C. RMAN does not support backup and recovery of the change tracking file. D. The database clears the change tracking file and starts tracking changes again, after whole. The block change tracking file cannot be backed up or recovered by RMAN, and Oracle automatically clears and resets it after a whole database restore.

Why each option
The block change tracking file cannot be backed up or recovered by RMAN, and Oracle automatically clears and resets it after a whole database restore.
Only one block change tracking file is permitted per database; attempting to create a second one will result in an Oracle error, as the feature is designed as a single-file mechanism.
The change tracking file can be created at any point while the database is open or mounted and does not depend on a prior level 0 backup existing; the subsequent incremental will simply behave as a level 0 until the tracker accumulates data.
RMAN does not back up or restore the block change tracking file; if the file is lost or corrupted, the DBA must disable change tracking with ALTER DATABASE DISABLE BLOCK CHANGE TRACKING and then re-enable it, causing the next incremental backup to scan all blocks.
After a whole database restore and recovery, Oracle automatically clears the change tracking file and begins re-tracking changed blocks from scratch to ensure the tracking bitmap is consistent with the restored database state.
