VM Hosted applications and Hosted VDI are your two answers here. Both of those FlexCast models give each user their own dedicated virtual machine, so the application never has to share process space with anyone else, which is exactly what you need when you are dealing with software that was not built to run in a multi-user environment like RDS or a shared desktop session.
