CIF, Common Intermediate Format, is 352 x 288 pixels, and if you multiply those together you get 101,376 pixels per picture. That rounds to approximately 100,000, so the answer is B. The other options are way off: 25,000 is too low (that would not even cover a small thumbnail at decent quality), 500,000 is closer to a megapixel-range format, and 100,000,000 is closer to a 100-megapixel sensor which is in a completely different league. Just memorize 352 x 288 for CIF and this question becomes automatic.
