The TCP/IP model has 4 layers: Network Access (sometimes called Link), Internet, Transport, and Application. This is the answer the exam expects, so mark B. People sometimes confuse this with the OSI model, which has 7 layers, so if you see 7 as an option that is the classic trap on this type of question.
