I almost went with B because I figured as long as both addresses were in there it would work, like assuming any two names written on an envelope means both people get the mail. What flipped me to C was remembering that the directive syntax is like a mail merge form with strict fields, and C is the only one that feeds both addresses into that form the right way the system actually reads.
