SSM (6.0) - SAFe® Scrum Master

SAFe Scrum Master cert unlocked ART team roles for me.

Still mid-study, but the servant leadership and Lean-Agile mindset questions are already shifting how I think about my role on the ART.

I had years of Scrum experience but was new to SAFe 6.0 specifics. The practice questions on PI Planning facilitation and iteration cadence showed me exactly where my gaps were. Passed on my first attempt and landed a release train engineer role shortly after.

The Inspect and Adapt questions were solid and realistic. I would have liked more coverage of Built-in Quality, but it was the best SAFe 6.0 prep I found.

PI Planning questions were tough. Cleared it first try.

Coming from a traditional PM background, the ART ceremony content tripped me up at first. NerdExam helped me see how Scrum of Scrums ties back to SAFe principles.
