MikroTik Certified Network Associate

The bridging and switching questions here are solid, though I found myself wanting a few more spanning tree scenarios - that topic showed up on my exam more than I expected. Still, the overall coverage of RouterOS fundamentals is thorough enough that I renewed my MTCNA with confidence. Good resource, just go deep on bridging too.

MTCNA firewall chains finally made sense. Passed first try.

The MTCNA wireless section - channel bonding, security profiles, frequency scanning - is more detailed than I expected. Drilling those topics here made the exam feel manageable.

I studied for MTCNA over about two months alongside my day job. The questions covering OSPF neighbor states and route redistribution were the most challenging, and NerdExam had enough depth there to keep me honest. Cleared the exam on my first attempt and felt genuinely prepared.

RouterOS VPN config questions here are no joke. Worth it.

I knew firewall theory but MikroTik's input-forward-output chain model has its own logic. Working through the scenarios here helped me internalize it before test day.
